The Role We're seeking a strategic leader to shape strategy in the Participation Era. This role involves thinking beyond decks to ideas, outcomes, and culture. You’ll collaborate closely with clients and creatives to produce work that is bold, smart, and delivers measurable, real-world impact. You will work across a diverse portfolio with ambitious clients aiming for their brands to matter more. What You’ll Do Drive Strategic Impact Create strategies that lead to observable change for clients—both brand and business. Apply a commercial lens to strategic efforts, linking thinking to results.

Partner Across the Business Collaborate with leadership to shape the direction of our work. Advise senior clients, helping them meet KPIs and navigate internal dynamics. Promote bold, progressive thinking to drive innovation.

Grow the Team Mentor and support team development. Maintain high standards for strategic craft and encourage smarter, unexpected thinking.
