IntroductionWe’re looking for a forward-thinking Strategic Solutions Director to lead high-impact solution development and strategy across our key Retail and CPG clients. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to both our enterprise customers and internal stakeholders, aligning our SaaS offerings with the evolving needs of modern retail.You’ll partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to design and deliver scalable, high-value solutions that address complex challenges across omnichannel, supply chain, customer engagement, and digital transformation initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the strategic lead and subject matter expert on large, complex retail opportunities and client engagements.Partner with enterprise sales teams to drive solution alignment across multiple retail accounts and stakeholder groups.Design and present tailored solution roadmaps that align our platform capabilities with business outcomes for $1M+ deals.Lead discovery sessions and business value assessments with senior retail executives (C-suite, SVPs, etc.).Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Delivery to shape scalable, client-ready solutions.Stay on top of trends in retail transformation (AI/ML, omnichannel, personalization, automation, etc.) and map them to our offerings.Own the development of client-facing proposals, RFP responses, and business cases that support complex enterprise deals.Act as a strategic consultant during the sales cycle, ensuring smooth handoffs into delivery and account success teams.Qualifications:10+ years of experience in retail technology, enterprise SaaS, or management consulting roles.Strong understanding of the retail and/or CPG industry: key challenges, systems (e.g. POS, ERP, OMS), and digital transformation trends.Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, enterprise architecture, or strategic account leadership.Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with enterprise buyers and navigate complex sales cycles.Excellent presentation and storytelling skills with executive-level communication.Familiarity with enterprise SaaS business models and solution selling (ideally using methodologies like Challenger, Value Selling, or MEDDICC).Preferred:Experience supporting deals in the $500K–$2M+ range with multiple decision-makers.Technical fluency or past experience with product teams or implementation work.Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus. #LI-Remote #LI-KV1
