We are seeking a highly capable Engagement Leader to oversee a critical, high-visibility Data & Analytics program. The role requires driving the maintenance and ongoing support of all product applications while also contributing to new business development initiatives. This is a strategic position requiring strong consulting, program management, and leadership skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the end-to-end management of product applications, ensuring smooth maintenance and ongoing support.
• Manage, support & enhancement delivery, ensuring SLA adherence and quality outcomes.
• Lead requirement gathering, backlog grooming, and user story creation for enhancements.
• Partner with offshore team (data engineers, BI developers, data scientists) to ensure smooth execution.
• Drive program delivery with a focus on high-quality results, timelines, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Manage offshore delivery teams, ensuring alignment with onshore objectives and governance standards.
• Support business development and pre-sales efforts where applicable, identifying opportunities to expand services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative D&A solutions and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure knowledge transfer & documentation with client SMEs and offshore team.

Requirements

• 8–15 years of experience in Pharma / Life Sciences data & analytics.
• Strong consulting experience in Data & Analytics engagements.
• Familiarity with AI/analytics platforms (Stripes.AI or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of pharma commercial models (Patient Services, Sales Performance, Market Access).
• Proven program management skills, including handling high-visibility initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate offshore teams and deliver in a hybrid model.
• Exposure to business development or pre-sales activities is preferred.
