Creator builds features and services that help artists (and their teams) grow, engage, monetize, and understand their fans. Spotify aims to create a platform for creativity that brings artists and fans closer together. You will be at the center of this mission, responsible for our systems that enable all types of artists to thrive. WHAT YOU’LL DO Lead the vision and strategy for our expanding set of services for creators. Develop empathy for artist needs and a strong understanding of the landscape. Partner with design and engineering peers to create a healthy team culture of happy and productive individuals who understand the strategy and execute quickly. Grow and lead the teams building our suite of tools for artists, labels, publishers, and songwriters. Organize teams with clear missions and ensure they are equipped for success. Coach and mentor a team of Product Directors to lead their strategic areas successfully. Champion the vision and strategy across various teams within the company. WHO YOU ARE You have 7+ years of product leadership experience and 2+ years managing managers. You have a proven track record of managing well-loved software products as a Product Manager. You have extensive experience defining product roadmaps, collaborating with design and engineering teams, and shipping products at scale. You are a compelling storyteller, capable of communicating concepts effectively to both engineers and creative teams. You have demonstrated the ability to influence decision-making at all organizational levels and in various contexts.
