About the Role
We are seeking a skilled leader in Interactive Response Technology (IRT) to support global clinical trial execution. In this role, you will manage the setup, testing, and ongoing maintenance of IRT systems for studies across Phases I–IV. You’ll be responsible for ensuring protocol compliance, safeguarding patient safety, and enabling the effective delivery of study medications worldwide.
This is a high-impact position, working cross-functionally to align clinical operations, supply chain, and quality teams while driving efficiency, compliance, and innovation in clinical trial systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead IRT system setup, testing, and lifecycle management to support global clinical studies.
Advise on study protocols, including randomization, blinding, and IRT optimization.
Collaborate with Clinical Operations and Supply teams to ensure appropriate drug dispensation and inventory management.
Oversee vendor performance, manage audits, and resolve system-related issues.
Guide and train internal teams and study sites on IRT and investigational product handling.
Support process improvements by building IRT standards and efficiencies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
6–8 years of clinical development experience for Sr. Manager level; 8+ years for Associate Director.
Strong expertise in IRT system setup and management.
Solid knowledge of drug development, GCP, and GMP.
Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills.
