SHORT DESCRIPTION
The Sr. Global Marketing Director will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing global marketing team. This role will drive integrated marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, enhance customer engagement, and generate high-quality sales leads across international markets. The role also includes ownership of internal marketing and communications initiatives and management of the company’s website to ensure consistent messaging, employee engagement, and alignment with company culture and values. Success in this role requires close collaboration with senior management, as well as alignment with sales, product, and customer success teams, to ensure marketing efforts support broader strategic priorities and deliver measurable business impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy Development: Design and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with RTC’s overall business objectives. Partner closely with global senior leadership, sales, product, customer success, and regional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are integrated and support company-wide goals.
Marketing Leadership: Oversee all global marketing functions, including corporate communications, brand management, digital marketing, content creation, event marketing, lead generation, and management of the RTC website.
Internal Communications & Engagement: Lead internal marketing and communications initiatives that reinforce company culture, improve employee engagement, and ensure consistent messaging across regions and functions.
Team Leadership & Development: Build and develop a high-performing marketing organization. Continuously evolve team structure, tools, and processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Performance & Impact Measurement: Establish clear marketing goals and KPIs. Track performance and demonstrate the commercial, brand, cultural impact, and internal engagement of marketing initiatives.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Analyze market dynamics and the competitive landscape. Develop compelling positioning and messaging that differentiate RTC’s value proposition globally and locally.
Budget Oversight: Manage the global marketing budget effectively, partnering with regional leaders to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
REQUIREMENTS
10+ years of proven senior leadership experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a global or multi-regional context.
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and grow a team.
Excellent project management skills and experience working cross-functionally.
Ability to influence and drive engagement across all levels of the organization.
Proactive, self-starter with the ability to take the initiative and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (CRM, SEO, marketing automation, analytics).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is budgeted for $148,325-$243,325, with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base salary depends on various factors and could be above or below the range depending on the applicant's qualifications, years of relevant experience, specific skills, level of education, business needs, and market demand. The full salary range for this role reflects this position's competitive labor market value and provides an opportunity to progress as associates grow and develop within the role. Bonuses are paid based on RTC’s financial results. Any payouts awarded in the first year of employment are pro-rated based on the start date. Program rules are subject to change at management’s discretion.
