Salary
$169k – $296k annually, additional bonus potential
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize the company’s tax position across domestic and international operations.
Advise senior management on tax implications of key business decisions, including acquisitions, divestitures and other corporate transactions.
Identify and secure tax incentives and credits applicable to the company’s activities.
Oversee tax accounting and reporting in accordance with relevant accounting standards (E.g. ASC 740 for US GAAP and IAS 12 for IFRS).
Ensure the accurate and timely preparation and filing of all federal, state, local, and international tax returns (E.g. corporate income tax, VAT, Transfer Pricing).
Manage and maintain the company’s tax governance and risk management framework.
Represent the company during tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities.
Manage and negotiate with tax authorities and external advisors to resolve tax controversies.
Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments. Communicate the relevant updates and their implications to senior management.
Develop and execute global cash management and liquidity strategies to optimize working capital and minimize cost of capital.
Oversee global banking relationships, cash pooling, FX risk, and debt management.
Lead, mentor, and coach the tax and treasury departments, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing teams.
Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A Legal, and local finance teams to support cross‑functional initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience
15+ years of experience required.
BS/BA in Finance or Accounting.
Master's in Taxation preferred.
CPA is highly preferred.
Ten (10) years in a leadership role required.
Strong technical knowledge of global tax regulations, transfer pricing, and treasury operations.
Private equity experience is preferred.
Knowledge of treasury and cash management highly preferred.
Experience with SAP and Pillar 2 is preferred.
Proven ability to operate strategically and tactically in a dynamic, fast‑paced global business.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
