ImageFIRST seeks a strategic leader to join our team as the Sr. Director of Talent Development & Learning based in our Elmsford, NY facility. Reporting to the SVP, Talent, this pivotal role will partner with senior leadership, HR business partners, and functional leaders to lead enterprise-wide talent initiatives that build organizational capability, enhance leadership development, and support business growth through targeted programs & initiatives
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Competency-Based Playbooks:
Design and implement enterprise and functional-level competency frameworks and playbooks that align with business strategies and promote consistent standards of excellence across roles.
Performance Management:
Lead the evolution of the performance management process, ensuring it drives meaningful performance & development conversations that drive business and development outcomes.
Succession Planning:
Build and oversee succession planning strategies and tools to ensure strong leadership pipelines and talent continuity for critical roles across the organization.
Leadership Development:
Design and facilitate scalable leadership development programs tailored to all levels of leaders—from emerging to executive. Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high-impact learning experiences.
Functional Training:
Collaborate with business leaders to identify skill gaps and develop functional training programs that improve capabilities and drive results within specific departments.
Learning Strategy & Technology:
Develop a learning strategy leveraging blended learning methods, digital tools, and data analytics to create personalized and impactful learning experiences.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
10+ years of progressive experience in organizational development, learning and development, or talent management
Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide OD and learning programs
Strong business acumen and ability to influence at the executive level
Expertise in performance management, leadership development, and succession planning
Skilled facilitator and communicator, able to engage diverse audiences and drive alignment
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), digital learning tools, and analytics
Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; change leadership experience is a plus
