Sr. Director, Product Management - Agentforce

As a Senior Director of Product Management in our AI Cloud/Agentforce Organization, you will be instrumental in shaping the product vision and driving the success of our AI platform and agents in the market. In addition to product delivery and excellence, you will also be managing a dynamic team of PMs who own a wide range of AI agent types and platform features.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy: Define and implement the product strategy for Employee Agents to align with the company's overall vision and goals.
Building and maintaining the Employee Agents Conversation AI product serving Enterprise customers
Drive Innovation, Customer Success & Trust for Employee Agents
Customer facing outbound product management, escalation management
Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to define and both the product & trust road map for Employee Agents, prioritizing Slack as the primary surface for deployment. Deliver high-quality products within the organization that will benefit all clouds: Service, Commerce, Industries, Sales cloud.
Experienced manager of PMs: Build and mentor the PM team, driving cohesion and maintaining a high bar for innovation and execution
Drive team culture, in-office team and cross-cloud collaboration
Drive Customer-Centric Innovation: Work with both pre-sales and post-sales teams to develop rapid prototypes, identify and eliminate product gaps, drive product improvements, and engage customers as design partners to ensure high satisfaction. Maintain a tight feedback loop with Product and Engineering, prioritizing field-discovered gaps and fostering customer-centric innovation.
Evangelize Thought Leadership: Frequently speak at customer and industry events, evangelizing the transformative shift from reactive ticket resolution to proactive ticket prevention and outcome-based automation.
Qualifications:
Solid understanding of Agents, Copilots, Conversational AI landscape, Artificial Intelligence in its myriads flavors.
Passionate about emerging AI trends, translating that to vision and roadmap
Highly Technical and well versed in building SaaS services
Experience with 0→1 product incubation at startups or inside of a larger organization
Exposure to outbound product management
Consistent track record of successfully launching and leading a product or a service
Strong understanding of CRM applications, rules engines, and pricing applications.
Experience managing cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive product decisions and measure success.
Experience with the lifecycle of AI model development, tuning, and experimentation is a significant advantage.
A related technical degree required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Salesforce, Service Cloud, Salesforce Einstein including Agents, Copilot, Einstein Bots (as a bonus).
Familiarity with Autonomous AI Agents trends and its impact in business, enterprise-tech and society.
In office expectations are 10 days/a quarter to support customers and/or collaborate with their teams.
