IN SUMMARY...
Azalea Health is seeking a Senior Director, Implementation Services responsible for delivering software and service solutions to our clients. As Director, Implementation, you will own the entire service delivery lifecycle, from process design to project execution and your primary mandate will be to build a center of excellence that establishes scalable, repeatable processes to improve implementation velocity and project quality. In this strategic capacity, you will partner with leaders across the organization to translate business goals into implementation strategy and drive key initiatives. You will lead your team by managing resource planning, serving as the primary point of escalation, and developing our employee talent to ensure exceptional customer outcomes. The Senior Director will ensure the platform and capabilities are delivered with client value in mind enabling our clients to focus on the business of delivering quality care to their patients.
WHAT YOU WILL DO...
Define and implement strategies to enhance client onboarding experience and retention.
Develop and implement a quality forecasting process and manage variances against that process.
Ensure utilization and billability is maximized and staffing plans are metrics driven.
Manage a team of cross-functional resources to ensure quality projects and customer adoption.
Identify, develop and monetize new services offering by understanding the customer needs through the implementation cycle.
Manage relationships with client executives and other leadership to provide key leadership and oversight to large implementations
Partner closely with the Sales teams to identify and implement thoughtful strategies to improve sales to service handover and customer experience.
Mentor and develop the Implementation team through 1:1's, coaching, team interaction, recruiting, hiring and new team member onboarding
Establish, actively manage, and report to leadership key KPI's for the Implementation function
BACKGROUND AND SKILLS YOU WILL BRING...
Minimum of 10 years in a implementation leadership position, preferably in a healthcare domain delivering large scale enterprise projects
Experience providing strategic direction to move the business forward
Extensive leadership experience overseeing a team of managers and individual contributors
Demonstrable experience in managing implementation backlogs, forecasting and utilization metrics.
Exceptional communication skills- experience engaging with executives
Advanced communication and organizational skills with the ability to influence results at multiple organizational levels
Prior demonstrated experience in project management
Strong and proven ability to develop, coach and mentor team members
SaaS experience
