Make a lasting impact in a leadership role as Senior Director of Compensation with Children's Health, located in the heart of Dallas, Texas!

The Position The Senior Director of Compensation will play a pivotal role in shaping Children's Health's compensation program, ensuring alignment with the organization's people priorities, business strategy, and market competitiveness. Reporting to the Vice President of Total Rewards, this leader will manage a team of four direct reports. This leader will be responsible for transforming compensation programs through innovative systems and practices, reducing reliance on spreadsheets, and strengthening departmental communication. Ideal candidates will be seasoned compensation leaders who combine strategic expertise with hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves support. Exceptional project management and process improvement skills are essential. The right leader will remain composed under pressure, keep operations running smoothly, and communicate with clarity and influence. This position is open to a remote leader but requires onsite presence at least five days per month. Candidates must reside in Texas or be willing to relocate. Requirements Bachelor's degree required
Master's degree preferred. Certified Compensation Professional strongly preferred. Minimum of ten years of progressive compensation/HR experience in a healthcare setting, including at least three years in a leadership role.
