Overview Day One Agency is hiring for a Senior Director, Integrated Production. This full-time role requires a hybrid schedule and is based in New York City.

This role is full-time, hybrid, and based in New York City.
Responsibilities You will lead day-to-day processes to initiate and complete a wide range of creative initiatives. You will work directly with the Brand lead on client business and with discipline leads. You will assess project feasibility, curate resources, plan projects, and interface with clients. The role requires a strong mix of creative thinking, social, digital & video understanding, time management, and organization to keep projects on track, on budget, and at a high level of creative excellence. In this role, you will:
Make things happen by driving work-back schedules and advancing the project forward
Connect across internal disciplines (strategy to production)
Lead creative feedback communications with clients and internal teams
Clearly communicate project details for internal and external teams
Manage integrated, multi-track projects and programs
Track and triage deliverables, budgets, and project overlap; adjust schedules and alert teams as needed
Assess and manage risk within and across multiple projects
Build and structure project teams to ensure the best results
Ensure ongoing client satisfaction in partnership with Brand
Ensure documentation and reporting (status reports, meeting notes, schedules, budgets, forecasting, resourcing) are completed accurately and timely
Lead, source & produce video concepts generated from creative ideation
Develop scope components including timing, resources, and costs

Requirements 9+ years of experience in integrated production or a similar field
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience structuring and managing integrated, multi-track projects and programs for multiple clients
Experience leading the development and tracking of integrated project plans
Experience in the project management of creative assets, including both static and video assets
Photo and video shoot experience, including shot list development, working with third-party vendors and familiarity with usage terms
Experience producing OOH and experiential projects
Experience partnering with other project discipline leads to lead project teams to successful outcomes
Experience building and structuring project teams
Experience interfacing with clients
Experience working in a creative agency setting
Compensation + Benefits We value all of our employees and provide comprehensive benefits. The base compensation range for this role is $150,000 - $165,000 and this position is eligible for benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc.). The compensation information is provided for New York City-based hires and is subject to final determination by factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
