The Sr. Director, Global Equity, Inclusion and Diversity drives the strategic planning, development, execution, and measurement of Tapestry's workforce, workplace, and marketplace equity, inclusion, and diversity objectives, as critical business enablers of company innovation and growth. This role partners with all levels of the organization and third parties as needed to action on a holistic strategy and to establish cross-functional accountability for key deliverables. The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity to... Lead, develop, and performance manage global Equity, Inclusion & Diversity team members ...and so on for the rest of the responsibilities and qualifications, following the same structured format.
