Position Description Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership for serialization technology solutions aligned with DSCSA regulatory milestones. Lead the migration of SAP ATTP from Azure to SAP RISE and subsequent S/4 upgrade. Drive service excellence through cost center management, financial oversight, and roadmap execution. Engage with senior business executives and represent the team in enterprise forums such as the DSCSA Governance Council. Partner with SAP to influence product roadmap and address functional gaps. Ensure platform scalability, performance, and audit readiness. Foster a high-performing team culture focused on innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Collaborate across business units to ensure technology solutions meet operational and regulatory needs. Promote adoption of technology solutions through formal organizational change management practices. Measure and report on performance metrics, benefits realization, and customer satisfaction. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field. Typically require 13+ years of professional experience with 6+ years in diversified leadership roles. Extensive experience in software development, enterprise technology platforms, and regulatory compliance. Proven track record in managing large teams, financials, and service delivery in a matrixed environment. Strong understanding of SAP technologies including ATTP, RISE, and S/4. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with senior executives and cross-functional teams. Must have skills: SAP ATTP, S/4 and Serialization Relocation is not budgeted for this role!
