About the Role ATHLETA’s digital transformation and growth division is responsible for our end-to-end consumer experience transformation and business operations that define our go-to-market execution. We aim to design every touchpoint to serve our consumers' daily lives and empower them to feel seen. To achieve this, we are transforming our organization, capabilities, and operational processes to effectively plan and deliver on our strategic commercial priorities. Our goal is to operate at the speed of social culture, requiring new capabilities, ways of working, and experiences to power a social-first digital organization and consumer experience. We are seeking a leader to bring this vision to life for millions of women and girls who are advancing the world. What You'll Do Lead and manage a team of Digital Operators and Product Managers to achieve ATHLETA Digital’s strategic goals. Partner with our Central Technology Organization to define digital capabilities, establish KPIs, and prioritize the roadmap to enhance the consumer experience. Collaborate with business and technology leaders to align strategies and drive business results. Drive effort prioritization, ensure flawless execution, and solve problems proactively. Assess digital capabilities, maturity, and emerging technologies within the industry. Create a reporting framework to monitor program performance and optimize channels. Communicate performance insights effectively to leadership and cross-functional teams. Oversee the end-to-end operations of the Mobile App to accelerate growth and engagement. Develop financial models to forecast investments and manage revenue and profitability. Coordinate with teams such as Loyalty, CRM, sales, finance, and marketing to align initiatives and strategies. Leverage customer insights for targeted strategies to increase omni-channel engagement. Partner with marketing to execute campaigns that drive app downloads, session frequency, and brand awareness. Implement change management strategies to facilitate adoption of new initiatives and cultural shifts. Collaborate with Retail teams to integrate new features and expand distribution points. Explore third-party marketplaces and new distribution channels for growth. Develop and manage performance marketing strategies to optimize CAC and LTV. Conduct strategic planning and business reviews annually and quarterly. Who You Are Bachelor's Degree or higher, or equivalent experience. 10+ years leading digital capabilities or product management, focusing on data, product development, and operations. 5+ years managing complex digital transformation programs with cross-functional teams. Proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments. Passionate about staying current on consumer experiences and next-gen commerce trends. 5+ years leading digital operations teams and transforming workflows with modern tools, including AI (preferred). Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach. Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills. Bias for action with a focus on progress over perfection. Expertise in design thinking, iterative processes, and test-and-learn operating models.
