Job Summary and Responsibilities
SUMMARY :
The Sr. Director of Business Process Optimization will lead the development and implementation of strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in process improvement, change management, and project leadership.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)
Develop and execute a comprehensive business process strategy that improves customer satisfaction and profitability.
Utilize data-driven methodologies to assess current processes and identify elements of waste.
Lead cross-functional teams to redesign or develop new processes that reduce inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and hand-offs.
Define clear, measurable objectives for what the optimization efforts aim to achieve and report on the progress, ensuring timely and successful completion.
Lead cross-functional project implementation teams that ensure operational scalability and client satisfaction on new projects and/or expansions.
Lead cross-functional implementation teams that ensure pre- and post-acquisition activities are completed timely and accurately.
Ensure that the organization has an integrated management system that is compliant with: QMS – Quality Management System (ISO ) SMS – Safety Management System (ISO ) EMS – Environmental Management System (ISO )
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and be an ambassador of Circet USA to all parties, internal and external. This requires domestic travel for Gemba walks

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
+ years of field construction or trade experience

Strong critical thinking and effective project management skills; organized with excellent time management capability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs/software
