Overview
Sr Director Business Intelligence – GE HealthCare – San Jose, CA. Lead strategy, project execution, and data governance to deliver BI solutions aligned with business goals and customer needs.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Strategy: Develop and execute the overall BI and analytics strategy, align it with business goals, provide thought leadership on data‑driven growth.
- Project Management: Oversee service‑related projects – scope, schedule, quality, cost, and stakeholder communication – to meet customer satisfaction and commercial parameters.
- Team Management: Mentor and develop a high‑performing BI and analytics team, foster continuous learning and data‑driven decision making.
- Technical Oversight: Provide architectural oversight for data and reporting systems, manage BI tools and platforms, ensure scalability and efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with IT, Service Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Engineering to translate data needs into actionable BI solutions.
- Reporting & Dashboarding: Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and scorecards to track business performance.
- Data Governance & Architecture: Establish and enforce data governance policies and standards to guarantee data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Drive advanced analytics, including predictive modeling and AI, to uncover trends and provide strategic insights.
- Communication: Translate complex data findings into clear, compelling narratives and recommendations for executive and senior leadership.
- Tool & Platform Management: Evaluate and manage BI tools, platforms, and vendor relationships to enhance the company’s data capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in Service & Service Project Management. Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or Statistics (or GED with 6+ years of experience).
- Proficiency in SQL, data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, MS PowerPoint, and BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI.

Benefits
Competitive salary range $154,400.00–$231,600.00 annual, performance incentive compensation, 401(k) plan with company contribution, medical, dental, vision, paid time off, life, disability, accident insurance, tuition reimbursement.
