Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and construction support for solar PV and BESS projects. Grow and develop the solar and BESS team, including recruiting and hiring. Ensure project delivery meets energy savings and generation goals. Manage performance and provide mentorship to engineering staff. Participate in project development, customer relations, and proposal presentations. Perform on-site audits, engineering, and design work as needed. Coordinate with other teams and manage relationships with consultants and subcontractors. Monitor project budgets and ensure profitability. Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Renewables, or Mechanical Engineering. 5+ years of experience in Solar Development or Renewable Energy Construction. Experience with Solar Design Software such as Helioscope, PV Syst, or Energy ToolBase. Valid Driver’s License; willingness to travel. Preferred Skills NABCEP Certification. AutoCAD proficiency.
