The SNF Assistant Director of Nursing is sought for an exciting opportunity in Northeastern Wyoming. The SNF Assistant Director of Nursing will join a Community Medical Center that offers long-term care and short-term rehabilitation services. This highly regarded facility holds over 100 beds and is focused on continued growth as staffing expands. The SNF Assistant Director of Nursing will be part of a system known for its commitment to dignity, purposeful living, and exceptional resident care. The SNF Assistant Director of Nursing will report directly to the Director of Nursing. This role will oversee unit managers and a scheduler, while working closely with nursing leadership to ensure streamlined operations. In addition, the SNF Assistant Director of Nursing will collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary partners, and other leaders across the organization to support high standards of care. The SNF Assistant Director of Nursing will have oversight of all clinical staff within the nursing department. Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aides report through unit managers and ultimately roll up under this role’s scope.
