About the location:
Four Seasons Yacht I
With elegant lines and sweeping ocean views, our yacht is home to 95 expansive suites and guest rooms, along with world-class dining, wellness, and entertainment options. It features industry firsts, including the largest accommodations in its class, versatile suite configurations, and Four Seasons' renowned hospitality across the oceans.
The yacht measures 679 ft. in length, with 34,000 Gross Tonnage, 95 Suites, and a 1:1 Guest/Staff ratio.
Each suite offers panoramic views and private terraces. Eleven onboard restaurants and lounges provide diverse culinary options, from Mediterranean to comfort foods, available indoors, al fresco, or in-suite.
About This Role
The Director of Food and Beverage is part of the Planning Committee, making strategic and operational decisions for the yacht.
This role manages all food & beverage operations onboard, including restaurants, bars, lounges, in-suite dining, stewarding, and crew dining areas.
What You Will Do
Provide high-quality food and service, lead and mentor teams with heart-centered leadership. Collaborate with the Yacht General Manager to develop culinary concepts, manage budgets, and uphold standards of service and hygiene.
What You Bring
Preferred: Hospitality Management Degree, with experience in leadership, culinary arts, or business administration. Certifications in culinary arts, food & beverage management, or wine are a plus.
Minimum 7-10 years in food & beverage management, with 3-5 years in senior roles. Experience in luxury hospitality, yacht, or cruise operations is highly preferred. Must have excellent communication skills and proficiency in food & beverage systems.
