Greet customers promptly and professionally, creating a strong first impression Direct customers efficiently to the appropriate service or check-in area Drive vehicles safely to and from service lanes, parking areas, and designated locations as needed Maintain flow and organization in the service and parking areas Assist with vehicle readiness, cleanliness, and general lot presentation Perform additional duties as assigned, including support tasks that help maintain operational standards Requirements: Ability to follow directions and execute tasks with consistency Clean and valid driver's license Strong awareness, attention to detail, and sound judgment around vehicles and customer interaction Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment Comfortable working outdoors and moving throughout the day
