Optimize customer satisfaction by effectively meeting their needs in terms of cost, quality, and deadlines, and ensure their loyalty through constant communication and exceptional service. Exercise effective leadership to maximize team profitability while ensuring high customer satisfaction, and promote continuous process improvement and team performance enhancement. Lead health, safety, and environmental initiatives by maintaining high standards and promoting a safe working environment. Participate in the business unit's management team and actively contribute to the development of business strategies, developing and deploying resource plans aligned with business objectives. Represent the business unit on various internal committees, bringing your expertise and strategic vision to support the organization's goals. Required skills Proven experience in industrial manufacturing industry Strong knowledge of industrial automated machinery Experience in team management and leadership Have customer satisfaction at the center of your concerns Extensive business acumen with the ability to align operational strategies with organizational goals and drive sustainable growth Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to mobilize an autonomous team Adept at making critical decisions, particularly regarding prioritization and safety Comprehensive understanding of health and safety standards Dedicated to fostering continuous improvement of team performance
