About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Vice President or Managing Director to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will lead three skilled alternative investment sales professionals, evolving our client coverage model while leveraging a consultative sales process to acquire and nurture client relationships.
To thrive in this role, you should have a strong background in the alternative investment industry, specifically in private credit, private equity, real estate, and hedge funds. We seek a seasoned sales leader with a minimum of 15 years of experience in a client-facing role, demonstrating a proven ability to sell and support a diverse range of investment offerings in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. A Series 7 and 63 licenses are required or must be obtained within 60 days of hire. Additionally, candidates should prepare to earn a CAIA within 2-3 years of joining our team.
This position entails travel within the Midwest to engage with advisors, clients, and centers of influence, with travel expected to be less than 10%. We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong leadership, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
