Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. We are searching for a highly strategic, analytically rigorous, and executive-savvy Senior Strategy Consulting Director to join our Digital Platforms and Artificial Intelligence Office (DPAIO) division's Chief of Staff team directly supporting the Chief Digital Officer. How You Will Make An Impact
Designs, authors, and refines high-impact executive presentations articulating enterprise-wide AI and digital platform initiatives that synthesize business, technology, and operational considerations into actionable strategy.
Develops and delivers board-level and executive-ready strategy materials, including but not limited to technology investment roadmaps, market insights, and transformation plans.
Acts as a trusted advisor to the Chief of Staff and other senior leaders, distilling complex ideas into compelling narratives, visual frameworks, and decision-making tools.
Designs, authors, and refines high-impact executive presentations that synthesize business, technology, and operational data into actionable strategy.
Applies structured problem-solving methodologies rooted in strategy consulting best practices.
Leads market analyses initiatives targeted to driving growth and participates in or oversees the preparation of ROI analyses for senior management.
Demonstrates thought leadership, innovative tendencies, and an ability to execute on strategy through seasoned relationship building and communication acumen, including positive executive level interaction experiences and an ability to engage in difficult conversations.
Facilitates large cross-functional collaboration working sessions or meetings to align strategy.
Develops realistic simulates to capture potential outcomes and future scenarios.
Plays a key role in driving enterprise-wide strategy and innovation initiatives as well as short and long-range planning processes.
Ability to travel for executive offsites or stakeholder engagements may be required.
Minimum Requirements
Requires BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 6 years experience in management consulting, change management, large scale project management and/or process improvement leadership; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, And Experiences
Progressive experience in strategic consulting, corporate strategy, or enterprise transformation strongly preferred.
Top-tier management consulting background (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or similar) strongly preferred.
MBA or Master’s degree from a top-tier institution strongly preferred.
Experience developing C-level presentations, managing executive stakeholders, and aligning cross-functional teams on strategic roadmaps strongly preferred.
High EQ, executive presence, and a confident storytelling approach that resonates with senior leaders preferred.
Thrives in ambiguity, can build structure from scratch, and navigates change with a solution-oriented mindset preferred.
Healthcare experience preferred, but not required.
Salary
For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $157,872 to $258,336.
