Infosys is hiring a Senior Sales Directors to focus on hunting and implementing pro-active New Business Development activities for our Information Services and Publishing Practice.
The Senior Sales Director will grow net new business and a strategic new enterprise account pipeline. Requires understanding of market and competition to develop appropriate sales strategies and apply the sales and solution expertise, in conjunction with project teams. A good Sales Hunter is keen to get their hands dirty and actively helps the team develop value propositions based on a firm understanding of opportunity areas at these Information Services and Publishing firms.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
9+ years of experience, with strong sales experience in service industry
Understanding of Global Delivery Model (offshore/outsourcing) and large deal experience
Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant new business development experience selling IT services
Track record of interacting and building relationship with CXOs of leading organization
Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentation
Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications: History of achieving/overachieving sales targets
Experience in S/W contract negotiations
Experience with competitor mapping and SWAT analysis
Ability to define specific and ground-breaking solutions within abstract environments
Well networked within the IT services industry, experience in the professional services sectors is ideal
Ability to identify upcoming RFPs / deals by networking with key client partners
The annual expected compensation range for this role is $120000 to $230000
