Senior Sales Director - Denim

Drive, develop and implement business strategies, focusing on the denim category. Ensure achievement of revenue targets and drive new business by identifying new customer opportunities, building customer loyalty, ensuring high product retention rates, and supporting and promoting broader business strategies and initiatives. Plan, execute, monitor, and direct sales performance and resource allocation needs. Create and enhance long-term relationships with customers to maximize business growth and opportunities. Build customer relationships with key influencers and decision makers; oversee pilot projects, proof of concept, rollouts, installation, after-sales care, account management, and further business development. Develop and execute business and marketing plans to exploit all potential internal and external customer opportunities. Fully utilize all opportunities to gain introductions to new customers. Close partnership with vendors to create sales collections and customize proto sampling. Develop necessary business structure to support business growth as required. Create and enhance long-term relationships with customers to maximize business growth and opportunities. Implement the organization’s business development strategy, identify new business opportunities across the group, and maintain key relationships. Generate new business and retain current business through customer relationship management. Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. Establish programs in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, and competitive strategies. Perform other duties as assigned by Management. A well-established Private Label sales network. Qualifications: Degree in Sales & Marketing or related discipline preferred. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strategic-minded, strong business sense with excellent planning and communication skills. A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Ability to build strong relationships with the team as a good team leader. Strong problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Excellent command of written and spoken English. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Frequent travel is required. Compensation/Benefits: The approximate annual base salary range for this position is $1700,000.00 - $200,000.00. The offered salary or salary range for this position will vary based on role requirements, skill set and years of experience.
