Reporting to the VP of Medical Affairs, this highly visible role shapes strategy, drives evidence generation, and engages with key stakeholders to advance patient-centric solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of medical strategy, including publications, field communications, and annual planning. Provide scientific and medical guidance to cross-functional teams and alliance partners. Oversee evidence generation, including Medical Affairs studies and investigator-initiated research, ensuring scientific rigor and compliance. Cultivate partnerships with clinical leaders, advocacy groups, payers, and policy makers. Ensure the scientific accuracy and integrity of all medical materials. Qualifications MD (or equivalent) with ≥5 years’ experience in global or US Medical Affairs. Proven expertise in drug development, lifecycle management, and alliance collaboration. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Deep understanding of healthcare, regulatory, and compliance environments. Referrals increase your chances of interviewing by 2x.
