About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Managing Director for its Forensics practice. The successful candidate will play a key role in the development and execution of the overall forensic team strategy, with a focus on meeting financial performance targets, supporting client satisfaction, and fostering employee engagement. This leadership position involves business development, strategic planning, and the management of a team to ensure the practice's success. The Senior Managing Director will be responsible for leading the execution of the annual budget, developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing programs, and maintaining high-quality deliverables. They will also be involved in identifying growth opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring the practice's compliance with all relevant regulations.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a technical, science, or engineering field, or an advanced degree in a related area, with a minimum of 15 years' industry experience. A proven track record in business development, staff management, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior leadership role with financial responsibility are required. The role demands excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and manage crises effectively. The Senior Managing Director will be expected to travel up to 25% of the time and should be adept at handling multiple priorities and performing under high-stress conditions. The position is remote, and the candidate should be prepared to work with a diverse range of individuals, both internally and externally, and demonstrate a commitment to the company's core values.
