As a suitable candidate, you will bring a robust technical, scientific, or engineering background, coupled with over 15 years of industry experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity. Your expertise in business development, team leadership, and strategic planning will be essential in driving revenue growth and identifying market opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, with a preference for an advanced degree. You should have substantial experience in conducting senior reviews of technical reports, alongside strong leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities. A proven track record in crisis management and conflict mediation will be key to your success in this role. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the operational aspects of the practice, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
