Walmart Creative Studio (WCS) is the in-house creative agency for Walmart, focused on developing innovative brand design systems across channels to meet customer needs and drive business growth. Overview:
The Associate Creative Director (Design & Art Direction) will support the creative process from concept to execution for marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, print, and in-store. The role requires strategic thinking, creativity, organization, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The ACD will partner with the Copy ACD and Creative Director, primarily focusing on services campaigns but also supporting other projects.
The role also involves leading external agency partnerships with leadership and creative expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaboration: Develop and execute 360 campaign creative, working with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive brand messaging. Build strong relationships, lead creative presentations, manage team development, and improve workflows.
Trend Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, culture, and consumer behaviors to inform creative strategies.
Quality Assurance: Oversee high standards of quality in conceptualization and execution, including production shoots and asset design.
Project Oversight: Manage high-profile projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery aligned with strategic goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in editorial content management or 5 years in related fields.
Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign work across various media.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Google Slides, Slack, and Figma.
Leadership and communication skills to motivate teams and external partners.
Reporting: Reports to Creative Director, Services, Brand Campaigns

The annual salary range is $108,000 - $216,000, with additional performance bonuses and potential stock options.
