Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Living Wellness Director LVN to join our team. As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you will lead our wellness program, ensuring residents receive exceptional care and support to achieve their highest level of well-being. You will oversee health and wellness initiatives, provide clinical expertise, and foster a culture of care and compassion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive wellness programs tailored to residents' needs and interests

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, therapists, and activities staff

• Provide clinical expertise and oversight for residents with various health conditions, including chronic diseases and disabilities

• Conduct health assessments, monitoring, and education for residents

• Manage and coordinate care services, including medication management and assistance with activities of daily living

• Foster a culture of person-centered care, promoting residents' autonomy, dignity, and quality of life

• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and healthcare providers

• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards

• Supervise and mentor wellness staff, providing guidance and support for professional development

Requirements:

• Current license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state

• 3+ years of experience in senior living or long-term care settings

• Proven leadership or management experience in wellness or healthcare

• Strong clinical knowledge and assessment skills

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

• Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to care

• Familiarity with senior living regulations and industry standards (e.g., HIPAA, OSHA)

• Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed
