This role involves hands-on recruitment for our core locations in California, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Wisconsin. Be a guiding force on-site and in the field, driving the success of our teams. This position is on-site in Pleasant Prairie, WI, with travel to California, Pennsylvania, and Texas. Key Responsibilities Lead a proactive recruitment strategy for Uline's distribution hubs in California, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Wisconsin.

Collaborate with management to identify crucial openings and spearhead effective strategies to fill these roles.

Mentor and develop a talented team of HR professionals.

Work closely with Distribution leaders to implement HR processes and programs that align with business objectives.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.

10+ years of HR experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.

Experience in recruitment within a distribution/warehouse environment is a strong advantage.

Willingness to travel occasionally to our California, Pennsylvania, and Texas locations.
