The Senior Director, UX Design, is a key leader within the technology team, fully accountable for the quality, speed, and precision of all UX design deliverables. You will be at the heart of the transformation of our Product-Design function to use AI-driven vibe coding and other tools. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who embraces the power of AI for rapid prototyping to accelerate user input and speed of design and development. The role manages internal designers and third-party contractors, collaborates with Product Managers, Engineering, the Business, and Customers, and delivers pixel-perfect, business-aligned, user-validated designs. •Proven ability to lead UX teams in high-pressure, corporate environments with complex stakeholder landscapes. • Proven ability to manage and improve the performance of UX team members. • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering high-quality work on tight timelines. • Deep knowledge of user-centered design processes and enterprise web application design. • Experience with React, HTML, CSS, JS, and working with engineering teams on component libraries.
