The Senior Director of US Wholesale Marketing is responsible for facilitating the development and execution of all marketing strategies and seasonal plans to drive growth in the US Wholesale channel. This role oversees a team of Account Marketing Managers and a Creative/Content Manager for our largest singular channel and tier of distributionin the world.This leader will need to collaborate with a range of internal and external partners including LS&Co Sales, Merchandising, Brand Environment, Brand Marketing as well as external agencies and accounts to deliver integrated plans that are aligned to the brand strategies and sales growth plans. Key Responsibilities: Lead large scale, equity and sales driving, custom marketing programs inkeyUS Wholesale accounts Understand annual and seasonal businessgoals in order to plancompelling marketing programs in support of those goals – leveraging all opportunities including online placements, email, on-floor creative elements, trial events, PR, media/demand gen, and social opportunities Lead highly effective and engaged team Represent US Wholesale within US/Canada Marketing Leadership Team Present brand POV atLevi’s Go-to-Market milestones: salesmeetings, market week, and key planning meetings throughout the year Identify new opportunities for Levi’s denim brands to gain share within the wholesale channel – with an eye towards transforming and elevating Levi’s presence Lead compelling launch programs for new fits and key equity moments for Levi’s brands Lead seasonal creative production for all Tier 3 product, inclusive of delivering toolkit for use across in-store, ws.com, and advertising Own relationship and annual SOW with external agency, including negotiating fees and driving year-end review process Ensure process to analyze and recap learnings on all marketing programs including share out to key stakeholders Own budget and monthly forecasts for Wholesale Marketing Drive flawless integration with key internal stakeholders – Merchandising, Sales, Planning, and Brand Marketing Key Results: Effective 360 marketing plans that drive equity, traffic and conversion for the denim brands Compelling US Wholesale channel creative developed for use across WS tactics Manage and optomize +$15M marketing budget, driving towards forecast accuracy throughout the year Ensure brand governance adherence across accounts where dual brand is present Strong partnershipwith Levi’s Brand Experienceteam to ensure integration and consistency across omni-channel tactics Flawless execution of account programming and daily management of new opportunities Drive category expansion for head-to-to outfitting in both men’s and women’s Essential partner to Sales and Merchandising teams in account-facing meetings and critical GTM strategy sessions. Includes partnership and presentation in sales meeting, sell-in, and market meetings Engage and lead the team – create paths for career development and fuel collaboration across the channel Drive collaboration and relationship management with accounts to ensure brands unlock premium strategic opportunities Key Metrics: Deliver Annual Financial Planfor USWS Optimize the marketing mix at accounts to deliver increasingly positive ROI Strengthened/healthy account marketing relationships EnsureLevi’s Brand shows up in an elevated and premium fashion spaces, where relevant Growth in Youth Speciality Accounts to support market share gain in youth aged 18-30 Growth in Premium Wholesale Accounts Growth in Regional Specialty (Western) Accounts Manage agency partners to deliver effective creative on time and on budget +partnership with GSS on retainer renewal annually Strong team engagement Budget forecast accuracy Key Requirements: 15+ Years of relevant work experience in Marketing/Retail environments (Wholesale & Retail experience preferred) Strong strategy experience and management of 360 integrated marketing programs Experience and proven team leader Strong ability to manage multiple programs (development and execution) simultaneously Vendor management experience required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and strong follow-up is required Comfortable presenting in large, high-stakes meetings Personal traits:team oriented, solution oriented, ambitious, energetic, takesinitiative, has a strong point of view, andable to work in a fast-paced environment The expected starting salary range for this role is $176,300 - $267,600 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs. Levi Strauss & Co.
