The Office of the Chief Technical Architect at OCI is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and strategic Senior Director of Technical Program Management (TPM) to lead, coordinate, and drive execution across cross-functional, org-wide architectural initiatives and programs. You will operate at the intersection of technology and business, influencing technical direction, organizational priorities, and the overall architecture vision for OCI. This is a unique opportunity to define and drive the next generation of cloud architecture for the world’s most demanding workloads. Key Responsibilities: Architectural Program Leadership: Develop, lead, and continuously improve large-scale, cross-cutting architectural programs and initiatives that align with OCI’s strategy and architecture vision. GPU and AI Infrastructure: Drive architectural programs focused on the design, implementation, and scaling of GPU and AI infrastructure. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure OCI’s AI, ML, and GPU-based offerings are robust, performant, and aligned with industry-leading standards. Large Customer Onboarding: Partner with strategic customers to understand their technical requirements and work with internal teams to help them onboard successfully to OCI, removing barriers and ensuring a seamless deployment and adoption experience for high-value workloads. Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with engineering, security, product management, and executive leadership to align on architectural requirements, standards, and success metrics. Organizational Influence: Drive adoption of architectural best practices, technical standards, and reusable patterns across all OCI divisions through scalable programs, training, and direct engagement. Execution Excellence: Oversee program status, risk, dependencies, and resources to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Escalate and resolve critical blockers and enable large organizations to deliver on architectural transformation. Executive Communication & Presence: Provide regular, concise, and high-impact updates to senior leaders on critical, high-priority initiatives. Demonstrate a high degree of executive presence when representing the Chief Technical Architect to executive level stakeholders. Communications: Build executive and broad organizational communication plans for architectural initiatives. Author and present clear documentation, dashboards, and updates for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Talent Leadership: Hire, grow, and lead a high-performing Technical Program Management team, developing future leaders and building a culture of technical excellence and operational rigor. Change Management: Lead change management activities for new architectural initiatives, building alignment and excitement across the global OCI organization. Qualifications: Experience: 15+ years of industry experience, including 8+ years in technical program management or equivalent roles leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in sophisticated cloud or enterprise-scale platforms. Prior experience as a director or higher in a highly technical environment is required. Technical Depth: Proven expertise in modern distributed systems and cloud architectures. Ability to understand deep technical details in areas such as networking, compute, storage, security, developer tools, data, and AI. Organizational Acumen: Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience driving influence without direct authority, especially in large matrixed organizations. Execution Track Record: History of successfully delivering complex, multi-year engineering programs impacting thousands of engineers. Executive Presence: Strong executive presence and exceptional ability to present, engage, and provide critical updates to senior leaders regarding high-priority programs and critical initiatives. Leadership: Experience building, managing, and mentoring technical program management teams. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated success in executive communication and broad organizational influence. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience). Preferred Qualifications: Cloud platform or hyperscaler experience (OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP) Experience with large scale architectural programs MBA or other advanced degrees Disclaimer:

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $161,700 to $338,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
