Base pay range $180,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr Overview Sourcing Success Manager — What This Job Involves. This position manages and leads the Sourcing & Procurement Pursuits & Transitions teams for assigned division(s); developing all aspects of the Sourcing & Procurement solution and implementing the Transition to deliver successful third party engagements and other client commitments. In addition, this role will recruit, hire, train, measure and manage their team to deliver all S&P requirements.
