If so, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Networking has an exciting opportunity for Senior Director role will lead the Multi-cloud Networking charter, focusing on building and operating key networking features and services that enable seamless multi-cloud adoption. The team is responsible for reducing latency, scaling OCI’s global network footprint, accelerating site launches, and ensuring the stability and feature richness required for customer workloads in multi-cloud environments.
We’re looking for a strong technical leader with deep experience in distributed systems and networking, and a passion for customer success. You will play a pivotal role in defining strategy, delivering new services, and growing the organization to support OCI’s expanding multi-cloud footprint. You will apply your experience and vision to define long-term strategic direction, improve service reliability and operability, and deliver innovative solutions that meet evolving customer needs. You will influence priorities both within your space and across the broader Networking org. A key part of your role will also be recruiting and developing a high-performing team capable of delivering complex, large-scale initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Define service strategy and roadmap in partnership with Product Management. Represent your organization at the VP and SVP levels. Collaborate across teams and leadership to identify customer and product requirements, coordinate delivery, and integrate solutions to meet business needs. Build and lead a cohesive engineering team capable of delivering high-quality results on time. Influence cross-team decisions to align priorities and drive execution at scale. Qualification 10+ years of experience designing, delivering, and operating large-scale distributed systems in production environments. 7+ years of experience leading large organizations, including managing multiple layers of leadership. Proven success mentoring and growing senior engineers and people managers. Prior ownership of SaaS or IaaS services in a production environment. Strong knowledge of networking, distributed systems, and high-performance computing fundamentals. Excellent communication, analytical, and product development skills. BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience. About the Team

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $141,200 to $338,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
