We are seeking a Senior Director of Software Engineering to lead the development of next-generation AI-powered infrastructure, with a special emphasis on Agentic AI systems — intelligent, goal-directed software entities capable of autonomous decision-making, reasoning, and collaboration. In this role, you’ll lead globally distributed engineering teams, define architecture and platform strategies for LLM-based services and agent frameworks, and bring scalable, intelligent services to market. This is a foundational leadership opportunity to help shape the future of AI-native computing.
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics (or equivalent experience) Strong academic foundation in core computer science areas, especially operating systems, distributed systems, and compilers 15+ years of software engineering experience, including significant experience building cloud-native infrastructure 10+ years of experience leading high-performing engineering teams in global or matrixed organizations Hands-on experience in building, deploying, or integrating machine learning systems at scale Deep knowledge of distributed systems, networking, data structures, OS, and cloud architecture Strong communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills Demonstrated experience driving complex cross-functional engineering initiatives Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline 10–15 years of experience building or managing AI/ML systems, with recent focus on LLM infrastructure or agent-based AI architectures Proven track record in designing and operationalizing Agentic AI platforms, including dynamic memory systems, multi-agent coordination, and tool integrations Experience launching new AI-driven products or services from inception to scale in enterprise environments Practical familiarity with modern agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalents Passion for solving complex technical challenges and fostering innovation in fast-moving environments Strong executive presence and ability to align engineering direction with business outcomes Excellent written and verbal communication skills Own and deliver high-scale, multi-tenant, distributed AI services supporting LLM inference and agentic workflows Design and lead the development of Agentic AI systems, including orchestration frameworks, memory layers, and tool-augmented agents Drive architectural decisions and strategy for building intelligent, autonomous software infrastructure Lead and scale high-performing engineering teams, including senior managers and technical leads Build cross-functional partnerships with product, research, and platform engineering to deliver innovation at scale Develop and maintain product, infrastructure, and AI capability roadmaps aligned with strategic goals Oversee large, complex programs with clear execution frameworks and measurable milestones Cultivate a strong engineering culture based on ownership, curiosity, and continuous learning Present progress, technical strategy, and vision to executive stakeholders Disclaimer:

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $141,200 to $338,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
