Summary Chobani is seeking a visionary Senior Director, Social Media to lead our social media strategy and execution across all platforms. This leader will drive engagement, innovation, and brand loyalty while ensuring our voice remains authentic and aligned with our mission.
Responsibilities Define a new approach to Social for Chobani leveraging user generated content connected with sampling and consumer passion points. Be open to pioneering a new way of activation
Develop and implement this holistic social media strategy balancing brand storytelling with measurable ROI-driven tactics to drive growth across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
Drive Brand Governance in Social to protect brand reputation while leaning into organic social
Build a roadmap that combines strategic vision with actionable steps, ensuring Chobani's social presence drives business impact
Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and Creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency
Manage agency relationships and partnerships with influencers and content creators
Monitor trends, data analytics, and performance metrics to optimize content, campaign effectiveness and strategy effectiveness
Present reports and insights to senior leadership, making data-driven recommendations
Champion a culture of testing and learning to continuously refine strategies and maximize impact
Requirements 12+ years of experience in social media marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
Hands on Approach to Social. Daily / Weekly pulse and detail orientation
Proven track record of driving social growth for consumer brands, preferably in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or food industries
Expertise in platform-specific strategies for TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in social listening and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Brandwatch, Google Analytics)
Excellent communication and leadership skills

Compensation Range: $203,000.00-$304,000.00, plus bonus.
