​ We’re looking for an experienced Senior Director - Sales with strong industry relationships and deep expertise in licensed and branded women’s apparel, particularly across women’s collections and off-price channels. This role offers the opportunity to drive growth across a diverse range of retailers by expanding distribution, opening new doors, and building long-term, high-volume partnerships. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Growth Develop and lead sales strategies across women’s collections, with a focus on growing the off-price channel Identify and secure new business opportunities across off-price accounts Leverage your existing relationships to expand reach and drive volume Present targeted product and sourcing solutions tailored to customer needs and retail positioning Partner with design and sourcing teams to build assortments aligned with seasonal trends and account strategies Account Management & Strategic Partnerships Manage key accounts across off-price channels, with a focus on high-SKU, volume-driven programs Lead seasonal reviews, assortment planning meetings, and strategy sessions with buyers and planning teams Develop account-specific growth plans and work closely with retailers to execute against them Market Intelligence & Category Strategy Stay informed on women’s fashion trends, licensing activity, and the competitive landscape across the off-price segments Identify whitespace and seasonal selling opportunities based on customer behavior and retail performance Share insights with internal teams to guide product direction, pricing strategies, and market positioning Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with sourcing, merchandising, and design teams to ensure alignment across development and delivery Translate retailer feedback into actionable insights for future product development Qualifications Minimum 7–10 years of sales or business development experience in the women’s apparel industry, with a focus on off-price retailers Strong background in licensed and branded women’s product Proven success in growing key accounts and building long-term retail partnerships Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
