What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Oversee and direct a team of 50 Maintenance Building and Equipment Engineering Associates

Manage comprehensive facility assessment programs and ensure compliance with government maintenance protocols

Coordinate strategic improvements across multiple sites to enhance operational efficiency

Drive measurable improvements in facility condition scores while minimizing equipment downtime

Lead performance management and reporting initiatives across assigned regions

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities preferred) or 15+ years of direct maintenance leadership experience

Minimum 7-10 years in supervisory or management roles within building/equipment maintenance

Prior experience working with government agencies

Ability to travel 60-70% of the time

Must be a U.S. citizen for security and compliance reasons

Physical capability to walk large facilities, including climbing ladders up to 30 ft.
