Job Description: TAG is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead the development and execution of our organization's product strategy across ClearChoice. In this strategic leadership role, you will partner with key stakeholders across marketing, technology, design, and operations to drive product innovation and ensure that all products provide a seamless, user-friendly experience while supporting business growth. The Senior Director will oversee a product management team working with the development staff, focusing on delivering cutting-edge solutions that align with TAG’s mission and long-term objectives. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Product Leadership & Vision: Lead the creation and execution of the product strategy across ClearChoice, defining the long-term roadmap and vision for various product lines. Set the direction for innovative product development that meets customer needs and provides a competitive edge in the market. Develop and refine the product vision , ensuring alignment with business goals, evolving customer needs, and market trends. Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback collection to inform product strategy and decision-making. End-to-End Product Management: Define the product roadmap and backlog , collaborating closely with UX, design, technology, and other stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements based on business needs and user feedback. Partner with engineering and design teams to assess product feasibility , complexity of implementation, resourcing, and timelines, ensuring that product delivery is both scalable and efficient. Oversee the delivery of products from ideation through launch, ensuring product development is agile, responsive, and aligned with strategic priorities. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Alignment: Work cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, design, technology, and business operations to define, prioritize, and execute product features and enhancements. Collaborate closely with senior executives to align product goals with company-wide objectives and ensure that product development supports ClearChoice’s overarching vision. Build and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-quality product experiences across multiple platforms. Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product managers and product development professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Inspire and motivate teams to work collaboratively, ensuring effective communication and alignment across all functions. Provide strategic leadership to the team, helping them solve complex problems, iterate on solutions, and deliver high-impact products. Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities to integrate new technologies into Clearchoice’s product ecosystem. Benchmark new solutions in various industries to continuously enhance Clearchoice’s product offerings and maintain a competitive edge. Ensure the product team has a strong understanding of best practices in product development , including emerging technologies and methodologies. Data-Driven Decision Making & Product Performance: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, leveraging data analytics to assess product success and identify areas for improvement. Use performance insights to make data-driven decisions, optimize the user experience, and iterate on product features for better customer satisfaction and business outcomes. Build and maintain relationships with key external partners, vendors, and agencies to enhance product delivery and user experience. Collaborate with senior executives to ensure alignment on product goals, timelines, and key milestones. Travel Requirement: Up to 20% travel may be required. Minimum Education and Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration , or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in product management, digital strategy, or product development, with a strong emphasis on customer-facing products . Demonstrated experience managing diverse product lines and leading cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle , from ideation to delivery. Proven track record of strategic thinking and the ability to develop long-term product roadmaps that align with business objectives and market trends. Experience in driving digital transformation and integrating emerging technologies into product offerings to stay competitive in fast-evolving markets. Leadership experience in managing and mentoring teams of product managers and cross-functional stakeholders. Strong technical knowledge of product development processes, technologies, and methodologies. Skills & Attributes: Strategic Leadership : Proven ability to develop and execute a long-term product strategy , align teams with business objectives, and influence stakeholders at all levels. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Strong ability to work effectively with diverse teams (marketing, UX design, engineering, etc.) and lead them toward shared goals. Innovation & Technology Savvy : Deep understanding of emerging technologies and market trends, with the ability to identify and implement solutions that drive product differentiation and customer satisfaction. Analytical & Data-Driven : Strong ability to analyze data, interpret performance metrics, and leverage insights to drive product decisions and improve overall performance. Excellent Communication : Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior executives and external partners. Annual Salary Range: $240,000-$280,000/year, with a generous benefits package that includes paid time off, health, dental, vision, and 401(k) savings plan with match.
