Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $260,000.00/yr Position Summary...Walmart International is looking for a Senior Director, People Business Partner who will partner with our growing business. The Senior Director, People Business Partner is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing all HR functions and initiatives that support the organization's goals and business strategies. The individual will provide vision and direction for the People team, ensuring development and implementation of talent management, culture development, associate engagement, and organizational growth strategies. The Senior Director will collaborate with senior leadership to shape a dynamic, inclusive, and performance driven culture, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements. Leaders look to our People professionals to be thought partners, influence strategy, optimize working models, and achieve results. What you'll do...

Lead and execute people strategies aligned with business goals. Partner with senior leaders to drive organizational design and workforce planning. Champion culture transformation and associate engagement initiatives. Influence global talent strategies in collaboration with Walmart International People leadership. Guide change management efforts and coach leaders through complex people challenges.

What You’ll Bring:

Proven success influencing senior leaders in global, matrixed environments. Experience leading HR in high-growth or complex organizations. Strong background in organizational development and talent strategy. Ability to translate business needs into actionable people solutions. Expertise in managing large-scale change and transformation initiatives.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00
