Opportunity
Omnissa has recently launched a new Partner Program and is looking for an experienced and motivated Director of Partner Sales who will lead Omnissa’s indirect sales channel. This role is responsible for the overall success of the Partner Program and for scaling sales efforts through best‑in‑class partner engagements across the US, Canada, and LATAM markets.
Reporting
Director reports directly to the VP of AMER Sales and leads a team of Partner Business Managers who manage and grow relationships with strategic resellers, service providers, technology partners, and distributors.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for driving partner‑sourced and influenced revenue, building scalable programs, and ensuring operational excellence across the partner ecosystem.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and develop sales strategies aligned with Omnissa’s business objectives.
- Hire, lead, and mentor a high‑performing team of Partner Business Managers by establishing clear goals, KPIs, and career development plans.
- Act as a strategic thinker and tactical leader by developing business plans, optimizing partner coverage, and fostering a high‑performance team culture focused on execution, growth, and partner success.
- Serve as an executive sponsor with key partners to further build, maintain, and leverage strategic executive relationships within the partner ecosystem and represent Omnissa in executive‑level partner discussions, program negotiations, industry events, and more.
- Align with partner leadership to create joint business plans, sales target alignment, demand generation campaigns, marketing programs, and enablement plans.
- Advocate for partners by collaborating with internal stakeholders within Channel Programs, Marketing, and Product teams to develop scalable enablement, incentive, and marketing programs.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in partner/channel management, alliances, and/or sales within the enterprise software or cloud/SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of building high‑performance cultures while leading partner‑facing teams focused on execution, growth, and partner success.
- Excellent leadership skills and operational discipline; able to motivate teams and influence stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of indirect sales and incentive models associated with VARs, service providers, distributors, and technology alliance partners.
- Strong partner relationship and business development acumen; excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Data‑driven mindset to track KPIs, forecast growth, and report performance; strategic thinker using data to drive decisions.
- Highly trusted individual who maintains high standards for self and team; energetic approach that sets you apart from competitors.

Mountain View, CA or Atlanta, GA Hybrid
Compensation
Commission eligible. On‑Target Earnings (OTE): USD $294,000 – $490,000 per year. Actual compensation offer may vary by location, work experience, education, skill level, or other factors.
