What you will be doing Strategically drive revenue growth and profitability by expanding into new customer segments and markets. Act as the primary executive liaison between the company and assigned customer territories, fostering seamless communication and alignment. Cultivate and sustain high-value customer relationships, building trust and loyalty to support long-term business objectives. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to introduce new products or services that address evolving customer needs and drive incremental sales growth. Lead customer negotiations to achieve mutually advantageous agreements and ensure the successful closure of sales transactions. Proactively address and resolve customer challenges, delivering timely and effective solutions to maintain satisfaction and strengthen partnerships. Leverage market research and data analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and adapt offerings to align with customer preferences and market demands. Provide actionable customer insights to the product development team, driving continuous innovation and improvement. Design and execute targeted promotional strategies to enhance market penetration and boost sales performance. Oversee and optimize inventory management with key customers, ensuring product availability and adherence to quality standards.
