Senior Director of Revenue Operations We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Senior Director of Revenue Operations to lead key elements of A10’s global commercial operations. This highly cross-functional role will oversee sales performance analytics, go-to-market (GTM) planning, channel operations, commissions, and customer success operations—playing a central role in enabling scalable revenue growth and commercial excellence. This role will report directly to the EVP of sales and marketing.
This leader will initially focus on leading the GTM Business Partner, Channel Operations, and Commissions teams, with future planned responsibility for the Sales Order Administration (SOA) and Global Deal Desk functions. The role will also serve as the business lead for A10’s CPQ (Revenue Cloud Advanced) implementation, ensuring seamless integration into the quote-to-cash lifecycle.
As the commercial counterpart to Finance and the head of the Revenue Operations leadership team, this person will help drive strategic alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to unlock growth, maximize profitability, and ensure scalable execution. Serving as a critical role to drive consistent commercial execution, this role requires a strong foundation in revenue operations strategy, GTM systems, pricing and quoting governance, and business partnership across Sales, Finance, Product, and Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate and drive a weekly, monthly and quarterly cadence with FP&A and Sales leadership on forecasting, performance analysis, forecast variance, and funnel optimization.
“Own the Number” – we are looking for a leader who can do more than report the news, bringing expertise in root cause analysis and counter-measuring, core to the company’s lean strategic nature
Lead the GTM Business Partner team to deliver actionable sales insights leading to commercially productive decisions, QBR materials, forecast support, pipeline analytics, and annual target-setting models.
Own Global Sales Commissions operations, ensuring compensation accuracy, alignment with growth goals, and plan effectiveness.
Oversee Channel Operations, supporting partner enablement, co-sell program governance, and performance tracking.
Partner with the Customer Success function, ensuring robust renewal forecasting, churn analysis, and post-sales lifecycle support.
Drive continuous improvement across sales productivity, deal velocity, and operational consistency.
Serve as the business lead for CPQ (Revenue Cloud Advanced) implementation—driving requirements, adoption, and alignment with commercial policy.
Partner with Finance and Legal to ensure pricing, discounting, and quoting frameworks align with revenue recognition (ASC 606 / IFRS 15) and margin objectives.
In time, assume leadership of the Sales Order Administration (SOA) and Global Deal Desk functions to streamline order processing, deal structure governance, and non-standard term evaluation.

Qualifications
12+ years of progressive experience in Revenue / Sales Operations, Commercial Execution, Sales Finance, or related roles in global B2B tech or SaaS environments
Demonstrated experience building scalable operations and leading cross-functional teams.
Experience with CPQ systems (Salesforce Revenue Cloud or equivalent) and ownership of implementation projects.
Strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes, pricing strategy, discount governance, and commercial policy.
Knowledge of ASC 606/IFRS 15 revenue treatment principles.
Advanced Excel and analytical modeling skills; experience with Salesforce, ERP (Oracle/SAP), and sales performance management tools preferred.
CPA or MBA is a plus.
Excellent business judgment and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and align cross-functional teams to drive performance.
