About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Director of Membership and Outreach to play a pivotal role in the strategic leadership of its brand, member acquisition, and retention, and the enhancement of the overall member experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and management of membership programs, including the development of acquisition and retention strategies, and the oversight of member benefits programs. This role also involves leading marketing initiatives, overseeing brand management, digital marketing, content creation, public relations, and social media, and ensuring a high-quality member experience through effective communication and engagement. The Senior Director will be a key representative of the organization at various events and will work to grow the company's presence in international markets.

Applicants for the Senior Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master's degree, and at least 7 years' of experience in a related area, including a minimum of 3 years' in a leadership and management role. Essential qualifications include a strong background in digital marketing, CRM systems, and analytics tools, as well as experience in sports, recreation, and/or nonprofit sectors. The role requires a data-driven, creative leader with excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, and a passion for community engagement and global sports development. The ideal candidate will be adept at using data analytics to inform decision-making and optimize marketing campaigns, and will be willing and able to travel, including internationally, to represent the organization at various events.
