Overview SkyWater Search has partnered with a global manufacturing and distribution organization seeking a hands-on Senior IT leader to oversee their U.S. technology team and drive enterprise-wide initiatives.

This role will set strategic direction across core IT functions (Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, ERP, Applications, Data, and Integrations) while leading a high-performance team and serving as a member of senior leadership. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical depth in manufacturing/distribution environments with proven leadership, budgeting, and vendor management experience.

Location and Sponsorship Must be willing to work onsite in Eden Prairie, MN 4–5 days/week.
