Overview Client seeks a strategic and hands-on Senior Director of Finance to lead financial infrastructure development during a period of growth. This role ensures transparency, compliance, and sustainability while supporting a values-driven culture and long-term vision. Responsibilities Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Manage contracts and grants, ensuring compliance and alignment with program goals. Develop scalable financial systems and tools. Collaborate with leadership to provide real-time financial analytics and dashboards. Oversee audits, funder reporting, and financial statements. Advise leadership on financial implications of strategic decisions. Align financial operations with organizational goals and support cross-functional workflows. Foster a culture of transparency, inclusion, and financial literacy. Qualifications Bachelor’s in finance/accounting required; MBA, MPA, or CPA preferred. 7–10 years of financial leadership experience, ideally in a start-up or mission-driven setting. Expertise in financial systems, budgeting, forecasting, and audits. Strong knowledge of compliance and grant management. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
