What you will be doing: Act as the senior finance partner dedicated to our largest specialty care acquisition.

Lead financial integration efforts across budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning.

Manage the full P&L for clients extensive physician practice network.

Oversee a team of 3 Regional Finance Leads (Associate Directors) and the FP&A/Analytics team within client.

Partner with physicians, executives, and stakeholders to shape financial strategy and drive decision-making.

Provide insightful financial analysis to support operational and growth initiatives.

What you must have: Proven experience in finance leadership within multisite physician organizations (health systems, independent groups, or PE-backed platforms).

Strong understanding of physician compensation models, M&A integration, and healthcare financial strategy.

Executive-level presence with excellent communication and presentation skills—comfortable engaging with physicians and C-suite leaders.

A consultative, problem-solving mindset with a bias toward strategic thinking and partnership.

A long-term mindset—ideal for someone looking to make a sustained impact, not just ride the next PE wave.

Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting and/or CPA strongly preferred.

Experience with SAGE Intacct, PeopleSoft, Hyperion, and EMR data extraction tools is a plus.

Salary/Rate Range: $190,00 to $240,000 with bonus on top
